Personal Time
We understand everyone needs time to step away from the office. That’s why Lead Anywhere offers paid time off to all of our employees to step away and do something fun! In addition to paid time off, we also know not all time off can be planned ahead of time. Things like school schedules, doctors appointments, picking kids up from school, and other gigs are also a part of everyday life. Lead Anywhere works to provide employees with flexible schedules that can accommodate these realities and give you the time needed to run your life in addition to your responsibilities at work.
Retirement Matching
We care about the future of those we work with and we also believe that preparing early for the future helps our employees perform at the top of their game. That is why Lead Anywhere has put in place a dollar for dollar matching plan for our employees to encourage planning for their future as well. Lead Anywhere will match 100% of contributions up to 3% of any eligible employee’s annual salary. Lead Anywhere doesn’t just say we value our employees, we demonstrate it by investing in their future.
